They have been great, they’re “A’s” across the board. They are very personable people. The owner, Brian & his staff are attentive, quick and efficient, do a good job and all that kind of good stuff. But, mostly the personal experience is really good.

My selection of Royalty was based on the rating with Angie's list. The service with Royalty started bad, had some recovery but lapsed back to a steady position of poor quality and unreliable service. It became obvious that the crew was there to service time and not the job. The more disturbing issue was the lack of consistency with servicing my lawn even allowing for weather and holidays. They failed to show repeatedly and required me calling weekly to determine when it would get serviced. I purchased the premium plan and the owner got argumentive with my wife stating that everyone's money was the same when the issue was there is an expectation that they would take the time and effort to do a good job since we selected their premium plan, that was not the case. They are a local company and I was anxious to have a local company service my yard but this is not the right company for me. The lack of quality, responsiveness, and professionalism are very evident.

Work was good quality.  Price was excellent.  Sometimes it takes a while to hear back about a request but I figure they are busy.  They were the first group I tried, but want to try a couple others before I decide for good.  I may go back with them.

It began a little rocky with a little miscommunication of when the service would begin but was great every week after that :)

It was an excellent experience. I have tried many lawn services over the years, and Brian and his team are the best. It was difficult for me to find a company that was reliable, responsive, and did great work. Brian and his team do it all!

They do a good and speedy job. I didn't have to tell them but they come and pull the weeds on my yard. I will use them again in the future.
