Jay's group does high quality work, I have never had a problem with them. Our yard is pretty small and the price is a bit higher than other competitors in our area.

They ran over our holly tree. Their worker came out and confirmed they did the damage. I tried calling several times and they did not respond. I took pictures and showed them what had been done and they confirmed they did the damage. Very poor customer service and very unresponsive to my calls.

OUTSTANDING! Jay and team are great! Very fair pricing and great work. Very responsive, professional and knowledgable. If you do not include these guys in your bid process you really are selling yourself short. Take it from someone who does a lot of research and has used other companies. I though my previous landscape company was good until I met this team. Now I know what great really looks like.

This is probably one of the most professional companies that I have dealt with in Florida since coming down here in 2002. I'm a pretty picky guy with a lot of knowledge about Florida plants. Jay, the owner, always answered his phone and answered questions on the spot. No voice mail with him. You can tell he really cares and wants to ensure the customer is satisfied. Company originally installed multiple trunk Crepe Myrtles and Nandina. I didnt like the way they looked. Jay immediately removed and brought in other plants as alternatives. He wants to satify the customer. Plant knowledge second to none. The only negative would be the time it took for the job to get done. However, it shows the attention to detail of the company. No problem with me on the timeframe. Most important is that it was done right. If you dont hire Jay for your landscape needs, your crazy!
