Joe responded immediately to my request for a quote.  His quote was $25 less than person I had been using for this service and who raised his rates this year.  I scheduled the service, but the afternoon of the day before he was scheduled to come, Joe called to say he was in the area and could do the job that afternoon if that was convenient.  He arrived at our house within 45 minutes and completed the job in about an hour.  Joe is very friendly, courteous, and professional, and the quality of his work is excellent.

Did a really good job for a good price. This is the second time I have used them and work is superior to that I had done by other companies in the past. Were professional and punctual.

Outstanding job. I have used Joe for about 10 years to do all of my pressure washing. He understands how to use his chemicals so that he does not bleach out my beautiful colored pavers; however, he can also get the sidewalks bright white. My very large back patio gets covered with slimy mold from the conservation area behind my home. Joe always makes the patio look like I just had the pavers installed. Joe goes above and beyond. He did such a fantastic job, my neighbor came over to get his name. She said she watched him and was very impressed with his attention to detail, and she loved how my patio was transformed.

Joe pressure washed my mold covered pavered patio and brought it back to its original beauty. He knows what chemicals to use to keep the red, blue, and yellows from fading the pavers. This area is close to conservation so it can get literally covered with mold. This has never been a problem foe Joe. He is always able to tackle the issues. He starts with the screened cage, which is white and needs bleaching. Next, he moves onto the pavered patio below. He removes any bleach that washes down from the cage before it takes the color out of the pavers. He then works on the pavered patio. Then Joe walks around the house and sprays off any noticeable mold or dirt. He also made the driveway sparkle. Our front sidewalk is benith a large oak. The sidewalk gets a lot of dark spots where it runs under the tree. Joe does a great job here. Our sidewalk is the envy of the neighborhood!

Very polite and responsive. Clean cut, fit, current with technology, punctual. I would not hesitate to recommend Joe or to have him work here again. In fact, I gave his name to my employer, an insurance agency that manages personal and commercial risks, to give out to our clients. Joe is a keeper.

I left him a check and when I came home the work was complete and the screen enclosure looks brand new.

I can't imagine a better pressure washing service. Joe is a great guy with a great attitude and work ethic. The results and attention to detail are phenomenal. Really blown away by the professionalism, work ethic, and results. It is a refreshing experience as I have had numerous renovations contracted out and none have gone smoother than working with Joe! A+ and highly recommended in my book.

On time and had a very professional attitude. Did not use any mildicide on roof, but cleaned roof with a rotary brush - sort of like a floor polisher. Didn't use water under high pressure. This really does a deep cleaning.
