Brian Walker, the owner, communicated well during the quote process responding timely to my phone calls and emails. He and his two helpers arrived when scheduled and did an excellent job. Brian Walker was present during the work, attending to the fine details of the job, assuring my satisfaction.
When they were sealing the pavers, I notice a difference between their work and that of a previous sealing contractor. Brian Walker hand brushed the sealer on the pavers along the perimeter of the house, pool cage and swimming pool. This way when he sprayed sealer on the interior pavers, no sealer got on the house walls, aluminum rails of the pool cage or in the swimming pool. Little details like this are important because bronze paint is currently pealing from the bottom aluminum rails of our pool cage due to sealer overspray from the previous sealing contractor. It's the activator in the sealer that causes damage to the paint on the aluminum rails.
Brian estimated and priced the job based on 1.5 days of work. The leveling of the pavers took a day longer than anticipated and to do a good job, it took 2.5 days to complete the work. Brian did not ask for more money, but I paid him an extra $250 because of his attention to detail, quality work and good attitude.
When I need additional paver work in the future, I will not hesitate to call Brian Walker.
