This company was exceptionally horrible. I have been trying to get him for days and the mailbox is always full. I have cancelled them period. Everything was fine until October came. He said that he would not be coming once a week anymore. I said to him that I would like him to come once a week. He told me that it would cost more. I said fine and then he didn't show up at all or return calls. Then I got a call from his wife and I was irate. I told her that it has been weeks since anyone has been at my home. His wife responded to me and I decided to give them another try. However, same thing continued to happen. They still send a bill and my husband has sent a note that we would not be using their services any longer.
