She was very professional and went over and above to help in any way she could as we lived a long distance from the property. I would highly recommend Dee Smith for any real estate transactions!

It went wonderful. She sold our house in 1 week. It was a cash sale so it closed in about 2 weeks. This was great because we were moving out of state. She has the knowledge and experience that makes her an excellent realtor. She has professional photos of the home taken, which makes a big difference. I would highly recommend Dee Smith if you are buying or selling a home.
