Reasonable Rescreening

We are very pleased with our entire experience. Jaron contacted us right away. He arrived at around 9:30, today, gave us an estimate, and did the work upon our approval. He was done by 12:00. His work was impeccable, and he left everything clean and in order. The price was very reasonable. They are true to their name.

This job went very well. They replaced all of the screen (3 sides) of a 21 x 12' lanai. They (2 men) were in and out of here in just over an hour. They worked quickly, cleaned up and performed quality work. I would definitely recommend these guys to my friends.

Two subcontractors showed up and started slashing the screens that my wife pointed out we wanted quotes on. OOPS! They claim they had a work order to replace 7 screens - no such thing existed. Immediately asked them to stop and repair the screens they slashed and arguments ensued. To avoid the hassle of legal action I called the owner and asked him to make it right - offered $500 to pay for their ‘repair’ which I thought was fair considering we never agreed to anything. Long story short, they completed the 500 repair - or so we thought, upon me arriving to inspect the job, they left one screen slashed hidden behind a grill - called them back and they repaired it. Went on the roof and found aluminum support strut lying loose on the screen - obviously they didn’t expect anybody to notice until first wind storm and then that strut would have caused all kinds of damage (in addition to jepardizing the integrity of the pool cage). These guys do shoddy work; have no ethics about acquiring a job dishonestly, and can’t even write up an invoice correctly (yes, my wife wrote them a check for $500 - day of repair - and the total screens repaired didn’t even add up to the work they had done - and the amounts were not what we agreed upon ($1.00/square foot was agreed upon - they ended up writing a fictional job statement showing $1.50/square foot.). We tried to make the best of the situation (without legal action) - but I am going to have a reputable rescreening company redo the entire cage - I don’t trust any of the work done by those subcontractors and will be filing a small claims suit for a complete refund of our $500. Not recommended.

It was done quickly and efficiently

great, we ended up replacing the roof panels of the pool cage. Jeremy and Tom showed up on time for the estimate and my husband decided to go with their company. day of the repair , they showed up on time, did the work, and cleaned up afterwards. we did have a couple of slight issues, but I called and they were there the next day, and took care of the minor issues. I would definitely use again if needed. Besides Tom was very entertaining with his singing!

Perfect - Do not hesitate to give these guys a call. Delivered the job well done, on time, at a decent price... and they were pleasant to work with - a bonus. I called the day before with measurements for the panels, spoke with Jeremy and received a good price over the phone. Tom and Jeremy arrived early - called first. They found that one panel was a bit tricky to change, but creatively got it repaired. I selected this company based on Angie List reviews. The one bad review made me pause - but 18 excellent and 1 poor did not seem to fit a reasonable pattern. I asked Jeremy about it. He said that this issue happened years ago and it did not even involve him or his business. Once a review is up on Angie's list - it will never go away. So - anyone can say anything about a business - true or false, and it will be there - FOREVER. My experience with this company was exactly as I expected. We found a few more marginal screen panels and got them fixed at a Reasonable price. Thank you - I now have my "screen guy" A bit of humor- we had a broken ugly doggie that came with the house. . I asked Jeremy to replace it (he does that kind of work). As we discussed this, my brilliant wife pointed out the fact that we did not need to replace it because we did not have a dog. Duh - a bit of new screen did the trick.

Work went great. They were able to fit me in within 2 days. Day one was to pressure wash the cage. 2 day estimate to replace hardware and screens. Everyone showed up on time and were very professional. Except for pressure washing, all work completed in one day by 3 man crew.

They arrived on time and spent the whole day replacing all the screens and doors hardware. They also installed new hurricane hold downs to frame. They did an excellent job and cleaned up the job area including removal of trash material. They were experienced and professional.

After being stood up by two other screen companies, I called Reasonable Rescreening. They showed up on time and had my screen repaired within an hour. Don't waste your time with other rescreening companies, call these guys first.

I contacted the owner (Jeremy) and requested an estimate. He came out at the agreed upon date and time and measured the job. When I decided to hire him, we decided on a date and time. His crew arrived on time and began work immediately. At the completion of the job, Jeremy conducted a final inspection. He located a small mistake with the screen door and repaired it immediately. He made sure I was satisfied with the job. This company did a very good job, arrived on time, and completed all work as agreed. The price was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company for screen repair or complete re-screening jobs.

We have called Jeremy in the past and he was excellent so when we needed more work done he was the first one I called. He came out and gave us advice and then said he was sending his "best aluminum guy" to look at our complex job. This guy (I don't know his name) arrived on a motorcycle and parked in our neighbor's driveway. He discussed arranging to do our job soon since we said we had time constraints we were working with. He was supposed to call us to confirm a date and time. I never heard from him. I called Jeremy to say we never heard from him and he left me a message saying he would call us "that day". I still never heard from him (it's been like two months now) and ultimately I had to find someone else (on craigslist) to do the job at the last minute... So, in summary, Jeremy is awesome but if he sends any "aluminum guy" to do your job ask if that guy rides a motorcycle - and if he says yes tell him you want someone else... I would have expected that this aluminum guy would have just told us if he couldn't or didn't want to do our job but he just disappeared and that is the worst thing when a customer has to get a job done quickly.

.For the price I paid I was okay with the work performed but unfortunately arriving late, installing door closer wrong and a sloppy clean up job would prevent me for recommending them to someone else.

Horrible. Never came to finish and managed to steal over $4,000 of insurance money.
