Lawn Service
PRO STAR PERFORMED LAWN MAINTENANCE AND SUPPOSEDLY APPLIED PEST CONTROL AND FERTILIZER ON MY YARD FOR APPROX 6 MONTHS. THEIR MOWING AND TRIMMING WAS OK, BUT WHILE THEY WERE TREATING THE YARD, CINCH BUGS TOOK OVER AND MOST OF THE GRASS DIED. WHEN I CALLED TO DISCUSS, THEIR COMMENT WAS THAT IT WAS A PRE-EXISTING CONDITION. I HIRED THEM TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. WITHOUT MY ASKING, THEY HAD SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME WITH A PRICE ON RE-SODDING. WHEN I CALLED TO DISCONTINUE SERVICE, I COULD ONLY REACH A RECORDING AND THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL BACK. I HAVE SINCE HEARD FROM SOMEONE WHO USED TO WORK FOR THEM THAT THE CHEMICALS THEY USE MIGHT AS WELL BE WATER. I BELIEVE THEY ARE A RIP-OFF COMPANY. COST WAS $130 PER MONTH.
