AWESOME ! THEY WERE ON TIME, HARD WORKING, FAST, COURTIOUS, FRIENDLY, AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THERE WORK !

Although the woman that answered the phone was very kind and professional, the owner was not. He came out, seemed to be at a loss as to what to do or what should happen next, talked in circles and never sent the estimate to me that he promised. He told me at 1pm the day he looked at the damage that he would email me an estimate that night, he did not. nor did he the next morning. I called and left a message for him to please send the estimate at 10am the day after he came to look at the damage and he never sent the estimate or returned the phone call. I have since found other people to replace the faucet and repair the damage. This was my kitchen faucet, so it is a sink we really can't do without for too long. Dishes and hand washing are sort of important. I was disappointed with his lack of reliability. If he didn't want to do the job for whatever reason he just needed to say so. I didn't appreciate the time wasted by waiting for him to contact me when I could have been finding other people willing to do the work.

Great! Both times, the guy showed up on time, did great work, kept the workplace clean, was polite and respectful, and the price was very competitive. We will be calling them again for further repairs!
