Removal of 8 windows and replacement with new upgraded vinyl windows. Excellent workmanship with complete cleanup of old windows and installation materials. I would not hesitate to use Nu-View again or to recommend them to my friends.

Brian came out in person to give us a free estimate. He followed up with us several times after that and assisted us in coming up with a design that could fit within our budget. The screen room roof was shingled over to match our existing roof very nicely. He was accommodating to our requests, such as having no-see-um proof mesh. We wish that we (and he) had kept a better eye on the inspections process as it caused a minor delay. However Brian was able to address that quickly too. The screen room looks professional and has no doubt added value to our home. We have already gotten many compliments on the elegant design and solid construction of the screen room and plan to enjoy it for many years.

Brian did an excellent job on this project. The key here, as with other home improvement jobs, is to trust your contractor since you can never specify all of the details that would be needed. I found that Brian is a "perfectionist". No scrapes, dings, or bad work. Work was well planned - no backtracking, oops, or delays. He did more than he probably had to do to complete the contract and did "smart" things for a better result. He made excellent choices for windows and doors. In general, he made really good recommendations that I wouldn't have thought of. After the permit was approved, Brian worked almost every day to complete the job. He used subs for the electrical and concrete work but used tried and proven (to him) subs so the job would be of high quality with no problems for the customer (was of high quality). Brian has skills other than aluminum installation, and, as a result, I think I got a better job. He knows the whole job, not just his part. Would definitely recommend him.
