All service - no attitude. From the quote to the work, everything was professional and courteous. I built a new house and needed to get my tile grout and granite sealed. After some discussion, Mark explained how I could just do most of the work myself and save some cash. He even gave me some tips to get the job done... Imagine that! We still paid him to come give the floors a thorough cleaning, so we’d be setup for success on the grout work. After the job, we noticed a couple areas that either needed more attention, or perhaps were just flaws in the tile installation. Regardless, I sent mark a text and he offered to come right back out the next day and do it all over again. He said he just wanted to make sure we were happy. After dealing with sub-contractors who half-a$$ everything... National Cleaning Specialists was a breath of fresh air... quite literally, cuz now my house looks and smells great. Highly recommended.

Have used them before.  They did a great job as usual.  The technicians was courteous, professional and efficient.

This was the second time I used their services.  The technician that came was so very helpful and professional.  they did an amazing job on the carpet BOTH times, it almost looked like new again.  A few days later, I got a very nice thank you note from them.  Highly professional, exceptional job, great price!  I would use them again and again as well as refer anyone to them.

It is a small family owned company. The owner of the company was very nice over the phone. She worked with my schedule. The gentleman who showed up was right on time and was very professional and did a great job. They did not try to sell any extra services. I have used them for my home as well as my moms. I have recommended them to friends as well.
