It went well, although entire house didn't get finished in the allotted time.

Cleaning was not to satisfaction and was sub par work at best. Reached out to the owner with no response. From the beginning I fully explained what was needed and that was the expectation. Described size of home with bedroom and bathrooms. From the time the team arrived they complained about the size of the home and immediately stated they couldn’t get the work done in the time they stated in the on site quote. I left for a short errand and received a text from the owner saying the team worked their time and was leaving. I later go into the house and the fans were not all dusted, windows were half cleaned , the kitchen wasn’t touched, lights weren’t cleaned properly and there was a stain on the wood of the half wall from a chemical bottle. This was a cleaning needed for a home sale and was not good at all! The house had just been fully painted and new flooring. They charged me for 20 hrs of cleaning services and couldn’t even get the job done. Four cleaners for 5 hrs should have done the job. Now I have to finish the work they were suppose to do. Not professional and very disappointed with the work. If I could get the pictures to upload I would share what we walked into after the cleaners left.

Suzy is awesome and so is her team! They do a great job and she is so responsive and professional!! Great person and great company!!

All I can say is "Amazing"! Susy is so great, she explains everything, makes sure you understand, and no surprises! Her and her crew did a great job on our house, and they go that extra mile! I can't say enough good things about them, will hire again in a heartbeat!

Excellent, I had to reschedule and they were completely accommodating, the communication was great, the ladies they sent were friendly and conscientious, and the home was clean when they left.

We found them on Angie's List, and we have had calls with them for future needs and they were good with that. They did a good job, they were quick and efficient. I walked around the house and I was satisfied with the result.

I like their attention to detail and efficiency. The price varies on what special things we have them do, but it's usually around $175.

Our family has tried MANY, MANY cleaning services through the past 5 years, always disappointed in the end. Our expectations are high, but not unreasonable. With a small child, we want non-toxic/organic cleaning solutions used and the house to look better than if we had cleaned ourselves...not too much to ask. We always felt disappointed...UNTIL we found MOONLIGHT. They are very thorough and methodical, covering all areas, even ones we would have overlooked. As a rule, they use non-toxics, but were open and willing to use products that we like without reservation. They come in with a crew of 3-4 people, one of whom is the owner who actively trains and oversees the work being done. They make suggestions for safe product use. Impeccable customer service, attention to detail and respect for someone else's home, I would not hestitate one nanosecond to recommend them. This company has INTEGRITY!

I have been using Moonlight Cleaning Services for about a year now.  Susy is great!  She and her staff are always on time and do a great job cleaning the house.  Part of their services are little touches like folding the toilet tissue and making the bed better then a hotel.  These are little touches that make you feel really good to come home to a clean house.  Her prices are a little high, but the quality is always good.

Using Moonlight is one of those times where I honestly wonder where they've been all my life and how I ever got by without their services. After having used another cleaning company for about six months and being unhappy with the decrease in quality and care taken in our home over time, we found Moonlight and have been beyond happy ever since. My husband and I are too busy to keep on top of our home the way I would like, and I look forward to every other Friday when Susy and Marie come in to help out. They take such care and pride in what they do; and although the house being straightened and organized lasts for about 5 minutes after they leave (we have two kids), I know that underneath all of the toys there is a clean place my children can crawl around and play on. The best part, however, is that Susy and Marie aren't just people who come in and clean our home, they have become a part of our family. I will continue to use Moonlight as long as I can, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and reliable housecleaning service.

Guy and Susy always provide excellent service.  Because they are so detailed and want every customer to be completely satisfied they can't always give an exact time of when they can arrive, but if you need additional services while they are at your home, they are happy to accommodate you.  Both of them are genuinely nice people and provide a higher level of service than any other company I have used in the past 25 years.

They were the company that was able to accommodate me the quickest (2-day turnaround) to have the place ready for a viewing. There were other cheaper companies (quoting only $140), but they wouldn't be able to accommodate me as quickly (2-day notice) so I ended up paying more than I wanted to spend. They did a good job of cleaning the place up. I found one spot they missed in a cabinet, which they easily cleaned up before leaving. Both Suzy and Guy were very professional and pleasant to deal with.

I hired Moonlight Cleaning to clean the majority of my home. They gave me a time when they would arrive and called me right before to let me know they were on their way. Guy and Susie did a walk through with me to ask questions about what specifically I wanted cleaned. I had them clean my great room which consists of the living oom, game room, formal and informal dining rooms, as well as the kitchen and the bathrooms. I was particularly interested in having them clean all the ceiling fans, which were really dusty! After the walkthrough they got right to work. Instead of just dusting down the ceiling fans, Guy vacuumed the blades, took the glass covers off, cleaned them throughly and even dusted the light bulbs! When he put the glass covers back on, he took extra care to wipe any fingerprints off the blades. Susie took care of the living room, and made sure everything was throughly dusted and vacuumed. The glass top tables in the living room really sparkle! There was wax on one of the tables from a candle and she made sure to get it all off. Both Guy and Susie showed great pride in their work, and also great care for my home. Their prices are reasonable and their work is fantastic!
