Majestic Cleaning of Florida

I was quoted $185-$210, there were 3 people. One of the cleaners didn't speak or understand English, so that was a frustration. When they were done in 2.5 hrs she said the bill was $230?? I said you quoted up to $210, she said it took longer and there was more to clean? You don't give a quote and then add $ 20 more to the bill! They basically rushed through our house and missed several areas that were promised, like the baseboards, some were wiped clean and others were not and that was a BIG MUST, since I told her we were having our base boards cleaned soon. After they left we tried to use our automatic trash can and it was not working. So, we removed the top of the trash can and it was completely soaked dripping with water! I took the 6 batteries out and they were floating in water! I immediately called Sue and told her and she said she had no idea how this could have happened.. I said they had to have submerged the lid into the sink. She said she would ask her workers and get back to me.. The next day she said that neither one of her workers touched it! A total LIE! How can you trust a company when their own employees LIE about what they did!! Not to mention if they can get away with this maybe they can take/steal from us too? I waited to hear back from Sue and she finally asked me how the trash can is and I told her we put the lid out in the back yard all day to dry out and put new batteries in it.. It worked for 30 minutes and then it was dead. SO, we went back to Cosco and bought a new one. Yesterday she texted me about the condition of the trash can and I texted her back that It died and we bought a new trash can. Today she texted me and said that she thought it best if I find another service that fits my needs better??? I am totally flabbergasted that Sue did not believe us and that she believes her employee that LIED! I am very disappointed in the service as well! She said that all my interior doors would be wiped down and they were not, she said all the blinds would be cleaned individually and they were not, the kitchen granite was not even wiped clean, as I felt it after they left and it was sticky! Even the tubs were barely wiped clean! I am appalled that she basically cancelled us due to an employee that lied! I would not recommend Majestic Cleaning EVER!! People that Lie and get away with it are not Reputable people and not anyone I would ever associate with!
