I have used Joe's services multiple times, going back over 15 years when I bought my first house and needed a plumber for a few tasks.  Joe has since worked on several of my rental properties as well as my new house and has done anything from drain clearing to valve and toilet upgrades to re-plumbing of new kitchen sinks.  He's done several water heaters for me as well.
Joe's pricing is very fair, and he really helped me out on a project that got more expensive due to sediment in the water supply lines.  Plus, Joe is a nice guy and is easy to work with, and that goes a long way for me.
The most recent job was a toilet backup that Joe took care of for a $70 service fee.  Very fair.

Joe Chider has been our go-to plumber for 10 years because he is very thorough in getting the job done, honest, and the price for work done is fair and reasonable. Over the years he has done many plumbing projects for us including installation of a new sink garbage disposal, installation of a new faucet in kitchen, installation of water heater, replacement of cartridge in bathroom faucet to fix a persistent drip, cleaned out shower drains, and replaced toilet fill valves. He specializes in small repairs but has been able to handle all of our plumbing problems. He is usually available evenings and weekends without an additional charge which has been convenient for us. He was very professional and came out to check out the work needed. Unfortunately, we never heard from him again. I'm very concerned that we never heard back from him, he seemed very professional and interested in the job, so I hope this gentleman is ok.

I have used Joe for a variety of plumbing problems for 5 or more years and always find him responsive, thorough, honest, and competent. Big jobs (replacing swimming pool pump about a year ago) as well as small (the valve described above) are no problem. He will be upfront about his time commitments and will show up when he says, even after hours and on weekends.

He was very responsive and thoughtful. He did not want to tie me up but gave very helpful info. I plan to call him the next time I do have a plumbing repair.

Joe Chider has been our plumber for over 20 years. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent problem-solver. He is able to visualize a solution, describe what he is going to do and proceed to finish quickly and competently. He is very reasonably priced. He has solved all sorts of household plumbing, pool and sprinkler system plumbing problems.
