Perfect. Great guy. He is why you hire a professional instead of watching you tube and trying to be a DIYer....garage doors are both dangerous and technical and my family is so glad that we hired Jim. We called on Tuesday and he was right on time the next day. My best advice is use his knowledge and expertise to perform the difficult, extremely physical and hot in summer job in the garage. Jim is just an all around great guy....really cool, calm and smart, way smart!!! Thank You!!!

Excellent service. Could not have been a better experience. They were able to arrive and do the repair about 2 hours after I called. They had replacement parts on the their truck. Final cost was exactly what was quoted on the phone. Very professional. They even offered to adjust my other garage door that did not need any repairs at no additional cost.

In preparation for Hurricane Irma, we hired Jim to replace our old and damaged double-garage door with a new hurricane-reinforced door. With very short notice, Jim came out to assess the job, secure the permit, and replace the door before Irma hit Florida. We've hired Jim in the past to do garage door repairs and have been very pleased with his responsiveness and the quality of his work. We highly recommend Jim for garage door repairs and replacement.

I phoned James Frank Door Services and they came the very next morning. They checked the cables, springs, wheels, etc. and replaced what needed replacing and tightened the system. It works great and we're glad we didn't have to get a new one. They said it wasn't worth buying a new door since it would cost more than the shed, and they were able to "tune up" our system. They were thorough and considerate, and we couldn't be more pleased. The service call was $65 and to replace the cable was $10.

Found a loose roller carrier that was hanging up the door movement and was corrected . Installed new rollers. Found a bad drive belt, which he replaced. All items were done quickly and professionally. He was on time. Great service, price, and timeliness.

My property management company recommended Jim. I happen to live on his route home so he stopped by the same day, repaired the door quickly and was on his way. Jim is very personable, easy to work with and very professional. I highly recommend him for any work you need done on your garage door.

They were great, quick and efficient. I called, left a voicemail and received a call back in 15 minutes stating that they can stop on there way back from a job. They were able to diagnose the problem in seconds, explain everything to me (why the gear and sprocket broke and how they where going to fix it) and get the job done in 30 minutes. When they were done James explained my system to me and explained when to lube everything and get a tune up.  Every professional and knowledgable!  I would recommend them to friends.                                     

I called Mr Frank on Monday afternoon, he arrived promptly at our house the next morning at the arranged time.  He and his able helper who is also his wife immediately began working on our garage doors.  The adjusted the springs, the up and down travel of the doors, they greased everything, they changed out the wires on the sensors.  They were amazing to watch, they worked efficiently, quickly and each of them had assigned duties and finished simultaneously.  After they were done, they demonstrated the operation of the doors, we don't remember the doors ever working that quietly and smoothly.  The one door was not closing, they were able to figure out the problem and fix that. 

As I combed through the garage door service providers on Angie?s list, I was getting nervous.  All I could visualize is a franchise or a big company coming to service my door to tell me the bottom panel needs to be replaced along with springs and take me for hundreds of dollars.  Been there done that with other types of repairs.  I continued to search and when I found James L Frank Door Services I knew they were the ones. I am so glad I kept on scrolling through Angie?s list. James and Jane responded to my voicemail within 30 minutes.  They showed up on time gave me a brief rundown of what initially looked to be the issues and got to work.  I bent the lower bar supporting the lower panel of my door.  I was provided a low cost solution; bend the bars back and put a fresh supporting bar on.  Greased up the joints and less than an hour later my door looked like there was never an issue. James even told me, your springs are still in good shape and there is no need to do any work. This could have been any easy sell, most garage door companies are advertising and offering deals for this exact service. There was no song and dance with James
and Jane.  When you talk to them you can tell they are good and honest people who are proud of their work.  If you need your door repaired, this is thecompany you should be using!

Jim arrived on time and quickly completed my garage door overhaul. Jim has a great attitude and work ethic that makes him a true professional. His company is the most reasonably priced service I have come across in Florida. I would recommend James frank garage doors to anyone looking for an honest and complete job.

We were certain we needed a new garage door. Mr. Frank was able to repair the tracks and place a brace to keep it running a few more years. He was prompt, and reasonable. This is the 2nd time he has repaired our aging door! I will use him again when we need the new door.

Jim responded to my email request for service the same day. We made appointment for two days later. they arrived within time scheduled, calling first to let me know they were on their way. They showed me some issues with the garage door and identified a problem for the garage door going up after. They serviced the door and chains, adjusted the sensors and tracks and fixed the opener and wall button. My garage door opens smoothly now.

James came out on a Sunday morning as promised, and knew exactly what to do. Repair was performed quickly, and well. Would definitely use again for any of my garage door needs.

I have been having problems with the garage door opening, but not staying open, then closing immediately, sliding down the tracks.  I called James L. Frank Door Service and he came over today to perform the above-described service.  After James left, the door stuck in the "up" position and wouldn't lower.  He and Janet came right back within 10 minutes and adjusted the tension on the springs, but noticed that the chain wouldn't stay on the track.  He readjusted the chain and the track, and the door was able to close with no problems.  He was honest enough to say he didn't know whether this would be a long-term solution.  Because I want to eliminate this problem in the future, I asked him if he would be able to repair it, and he suggested that we purchase a new chain and remotes, as the eight year-old parts were worn out.  I  could see how some of the parts had actually disintegrated and was amazed that the door had lasted as long as it had.  New parts would solve the problem once and for all.  I made an appointment with James and Janet to come back next week to install the new chain and program the new remotes.  After having had the door serviced a few years ago for almost the price of a new door, I had it serviced a few months ago by a different company that charged considerably more for 10 minutes' worth of work, with temporary results.  I feel confident that James will do a great job, as he was able to explain what was wrong and what we could expect.  I highly recommend his service.

We hired Jim at a previous home to replace an old garage door opener, so when the opener in our current home broke, Jim was the first call we made. He was able to provide same-day service and replace the the 20-year-old opener with a new LiftMaster opener. He also replaced the keyless entry pad on the exterior of the garage. We highly recommend Jim Frank; he is thorough, efficient, honest, and dependable. We found the price he charged to be less than other, larger companies.

James replaced the broken torsion springs on our 2-car garage door. Also serviced the door (tune up & lube) and reattached some loose screws that had become detached from the garage door opener arm. We used the Angies List coupon that was offered so we felt we received a good deal. All in all they were punctual, did their work efficiently, and their price was very reasonable. Will use them again if future garage door work is needed.

Punctual and obviously knew exactly what they were doing as a team.  Labor cost was certainly competitive and I would not hesitate to recommend or use these folks again.  Very pleased.

This provider responded quickly to my request and provided an estimate that was about 1/4 of the estimate provided by another garage repair service. The estimate for the work was even lower but they cautioned that while they didn't have to repair a part during that service, it would need repair in the near future. Therefore, the total cost (including the additional, optional part) was 1/4 less the estimate of another company. The repair was completed in less than 1 hour and they were grateful for the business. I appreciate their honest work and quality service. Thank you.
