We contacted Impact Solutions 1 1/2 years ago, and couldn't afford to go through with it at that time. They kept in touch and always called when my husband said to check in with us. When we finally decided to continue, the company honored the price quoted to us from the previous year. They were able to sked us right away, and if it hadn't been for our family travels, they would have been at our house less then 2 weeks after giving the ok. The job went great. They arrived on time and worked efficently and completed the job in little over 2days. We even gave them a few more windows at the last minute and it was never an issue.
