Rebuilt old Trane and works perfectly. Repaired in conservative, logical manner. I will continue to have them repair, maintain my AC.

I've been a customer since it was a one man shop - I can't imagine I'll ever use anyone else. They are very professional, helpful and great at what they do. They always come out right away if I have a problem.

On a Saturday, I didn't expect a call back from leaving a message. Not only did I hear back from them in about an hour, but a terrific fella showed up in about an hour to address my dire AC need. He was courteous, affable and professional and he got the house cool again so I could get back to my regular routine. This is my 3rd encounter with I Care Air Care and it just gets better every time. They are great workers and they don't do a hard sell or make me feel like I'm being taken advantage of financially. They're straight-shooters and i will not hesitate to contact them again.

Been using I Care Air Care for over 6 years now and have received nothing but A+ service. I have also used them for my rental property. Tim (the owner) is very knowledgable, responsive & professional and an extremely nice guy. I have had the same technician, Kleber, just about every time they came out. This is great, as it adds a layer of comfortability and trust. Kleber is well informed, polite and trustworthy. You never feel like they are trying to upsell you. These guys are great!!!

They fixed freezing problem and tried to sell a new unit. I refused and wanted some additional maintenance done. Service man arrived next day. He fixed other issues but refused to install upgraded thermostat which I had purchased "because it comes with a new unit". I requested thermostat installation twice and promised to pay for installation. I was not home on the second day, my wife was. My rating would have been different if the company did what I asked for. Instead they tried to push for a sale of a new unit and grudgingly did something.

The technician came out on a Saturday, even though I had offered to wait until Monday. Prompt, respectful and understood I wanted to repair my older Trane A/C, not replace, if possible. The blown capacitor was replaced on first visit, then the circuit board the next week with another wonderful technician and my Trane is running perfectly again! Both times, the techs vacuumed out the line, cleaned the coils when requested. What a pleasure - to have a job done right! :) Once I discussed a specific issue/concern over the phone with the owner Tim and he understood exactly what I meant and we were able to handle it to my satisfaction. I highly recommend "I Care Air Care."

The work was fantastic. Attention to details like I have never seen in a HVAC contractor, all at a reasonable price.

It went VERY well. They answered my phone calls promptly and had a technician out within 24hrs. Once determined what was wrong with the unit, we were presented with several options to rectify the problem. The owner of the company was great. He was professional, courteous and spoke English as his primary language and therefore there were no misunderstandings or language barriers. This was not the case with other Angies List-listed companies. One company had a pretty exceptional price on a 3-ton unit and I wanted to get pricing on a 4-ton unit figuring that there would be an incremental cost increase. Turns out the 3-ton unit was just a teaser ad. I got the impression that the ad was for a unit that few homes have. Pricing was not so attractive on a 4-ton unit. Once making the decision to replace the A/C unit, I Care Air was ready to install the very next day. Couldn't be happier. I will definitely reach out to them for future maintenance needs.

They were here on time and took out the largest unit and replaced it with a new one. We were up and running by 4pm. The next day they took out the smaller unit and replaced it as well. They did an excellent job. Tim, Gio and his crew were great. They cleaned up after and you couldn't tell they had been there. I will definitely use them for any a/c problems in the future. Working good and he does follow-up to insure everything was working as ordered. I recommend I Care Air Care company and the owner is great.

I used I Care Air Care a few times and I have always been very pleased. A leak was detected on the first service call and coolant was added. I was in a rental house and the property manager would not approve fixing the leak. I Care came out periodically to add coolant. He was always punctual, honest, and dependable. I will not hesitate to use him again!

I use them every 6 months. They have done everything for us. They have replaced, cleaned, redone lines, they have done a lot over the years.

It went well. We were happy with their work. They showed up and they were reasonably priced for what was done. They made sure that the a/c was working the way it's suppose to.

They arrived very punctual. The technician tried to install the thermostat but it was not compatible with the system. He tried and tried to make it work. I believe he put more time into it than I was charged. Very courteous and professional.

When I have needed work, they have been prompt and efficient. I couldn't be happier with their work.

If you own investment properties, you know that having someone reliable and trustworthy you can go to when there are repairs is a blessing. I am glad I found these guys. I called a few different companies from the list here for A/C repair over the weekend - Tim was the first to return my call and I was very pleasantly surprised when they offered to come check out the issue within 20 minutes. They were very professional and courteous, on time, very knowledgeable of the A/C system and very thorough on how they approached the troubleshooting process. Their pricing is very reasonable. I rarely put in reviews - but I am so impressed with Tim and his crew, I wanted to come in here and say Thank you to the team. I highly recommend them.
