Henderson Irrigation is a Lawn and Landscape irrigation install and servicing company. We specialize in new builder installs and service, as well as residential additions, revamps and service. We also offer commercial property maintenance and service. Henderson Irrigation was founded in 2007 by Russ Henderson. Russ has over 14 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. In 2007 he decided to specialize in one field so he may provide exceptional quality service and grow a business dedicated to meeting needs of homeowners, builders and commercial properties alike. Russ is also a Firefighter for a local fire department where he dedicates himself to the community's health and well being by protecting lives and property. Russ is a big believer in family and safety. We show that by taking pride in you, your property and most importantly, YOUR FAMILY. After a delay in getting the job scheduled, the vendor did an outstanding job at meeting my needs to get the job scheduled and was very responsive to my scheduling needs.  Due to the failure of a valve and a problem locating the control box, the work had to be completed on another day.  They were at my home precisely when agreed and finished the work to standard.  I will continue to use this vendor to keep my system in good working order with preventive maintenance checks.  I recommend their work!

They worked around my  crazy schedule. They were punctual, courteous and professional and very knowledgeable. On top of all that, they were very affordable.

Went okay, 2 young men came out and performed the service.  They were on time and courteous.  They examined the system, fixed 2 broken heads and reset the control box for proper days of the week watering and duration of watering.  One head was working but not perfectly ( as in 100% they way it should be, nozzle partially clogged or something) and when I mentioned it to them they said it was good to go.  I have also since discovered that at least one head pops up but not above the hedge of bushes it is suppose to be watering and thus does not water the entire hedge.  They did not see this and/or failed to mention this problem to me and give me options, raise the sprinkler or cut the hedge.  
Overall, you get what you pay for.  It was a great price, I feel I got my moneys worth as the major issues (2 broken heads were fixed, the control box was properly programmed) were addressed; they just did not go above and beyond the minimum requirements as I see it and capture the minor issues.

They were fantastic. I would never hesitate to use them again. Theey were just like friends. Someone fell down in the street while they were here, and they ran out with me to help, and called EMS. They are really good people, and were clean and professional.

Tech came in on time. Unfortunately I have another service in progress so he can't check the rotation without getting the other guy wet. So when I saw some discrepancies I called and  the same tech came back and fixed the problems right away the same day.

Raised some sprinkler heads above grown shrubs. Discovered 2 broken and hidden heads and replaced them. The broken heads had to cost me additional $100 a month according to him.

Henderson Irrigation did a great job of inspecting and repairing my irrigation system.  Russ was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and very professional.  He took the time to explain everything and also made some suggestions for maintaining the sytem.  He set the timer for each zone and made sure all my plants were receiving water.  I will definitely call Henderson Irrigation again and recommend him to all of my neighbors.
