"Thank you for the great review. We Look forward to providing service to you again. Russ @ Henderson Irrigation"
"I have to agree with the majority of what is in this review. With some exceptions. We didn't contact the member until the next day (not a bad response time in our industry, especially this time of year, and considering it wasn't an emergency). As far as the discussion held, we did ask them to send their info via text in which they did and requested a quick scheduled date. I did respond "will do". One thing is missing, at the time of our conversation, the member was informed we are booking for the end of the following week, as this is the busy season for our trade. It is my policy to inform everyone that we are a 1week-2 weeks out now. I understand that not all of our customers want to wait. I always offer that we can squeeze them in if we have a cancellation, but it's never guaranteed. We did have an opening, we did call and text, we did go by the house without confirmation of an appointment. I can not deny any of this. As to the question, what kind of company does this, we do. As we have trucks that service from Hudson down to Sarasota and Pinellas county over to west Orlando. With that being said, anytime we have a cancellation, we always add our closest appointment to that days schedule and more often than not it works to the customers advantage. It was vastly inconvenient because the member had already had the work completed. Something we would have known if only we had had a reply to our scheduling message. I agree, we should have waited for confirmation, but we were trying to provide a service "as soon as possible". With all of this being said, I hate we lost a potentially valued customer. We can not control the amount of service we can provide, but we can set an expectation of when to expect us and try to deliver before then. [member name removed], I am sorry we didn't meet your needs and expectations. I do hope I can personally make it up to you one day with exceptional service and a humble attitude. Again, sorry to inconvenience you with an unannounced appointment, our intentions were truly with your needs in mind. Thanks for the opportunity."
"[name removed] Thanks for the A review. Angie's list is very good at harassing all parties. Sorry."
Would I recommend them? Absolutely!
Would I use them again? Without thinking twice!
Thank you Angie you are 3 for 3.
"Thank you for the positive review."
Overall, you get what you pay for. It was a great price, I feel I got my moneys worth as the major issues (2 broken heads were fixed, the control box was properly programmed) were addressed; they just did not go above and beyond the minimum requirements as I see it and capture the minor issues.
"Thanks for the great review."
"Thank you for the updated review. Please, do not hesitate to call us if you need us again."
Great job.
