Heat Wave Pressure Washing LLC

Called one day, Chris was available the next day. Worked with my schedule to get work done quickly since we were getting ready to list the house. Screen enclosure was pretty dirty on one side from a neighbor's' soak tree. Chris pretreated the entire enclosure and then cleaned it with a low pressure spray. Went over the real dirty areas several times to get them as clean as possible. Looks good, not like brand new but cleaner than I could have done with my pressure washer. He rinsed down the whole area and left the site clean.

The cleaning went very well. The owner/operator showed up right on time and did a fabulous job. The roof looks almost new. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs services.

I heard about Heat Wave on our neighborhood website. As soon as I talked to Christopher I knew I was dealing with someone who is dedicated to provide a great service at a very reasonable and affordable cost. He has top of the line equipment and takes pride in his work. I was so impressed with the way he cleaned the three car driveway and sidewalk that asked him to clean the roof of my 3600 sq ft home. I will never use anyone else for any pressure washing jobs.

At first glance looked pretty good. Details were overlooked. overspray and hosing off of patio sliders, door hardware and screens was not sufficient! !His water bottles were left in yard and on railings of pool cage. Debris from the job was littered all over the pool! Chunks of wood, dirt and leaves were left floating in the water. Couldn' t be cleaned out? Top of pool cage was not touched. Plants around the cage were burned by the chemicals used.

Arrived at time said it would, proceeded to clean the areas and was done as promised, 35 minutes. Let me know when done, so that I could approve, which I did. A very good experience thru out, from booking to completion, and still under $5 if I had rented the equipment at Home Depot, which is what I was fixing to do. Needless, to say it would had taken me much longer to do. A win win!

Chris was on time and came when he said he was going to come. He was very nice and professional. However, the house was not as clean as we anticipated. When I commented, he said he had been over it several times and the stained were permanent. After he left, I used some bleach on the dirty spots and the stains came off.

Christopher was on time and he did a great job. Driveway look great. I will use his services again.

It went extremely well.  He called to let let me know he would be a little late, which I appreciated.  When he arrived, he got right to work and finished very quickly and did an excellent job.  I would definitely recommend him and would call him again.

Chris did an excellent job cleaning the pool screen in our home and pressure washed the patio.  He was very thorough with his work and would highly recommend him in the future.

After speaking to the provider when he arrived at our address, we talked it through as to what could be possible for the cleaning.
The provider took extra time to make sure that all parts of the smoker were steamed clean. The provider did take extra time and made
sure that everything that we needed got done. It surpassed what we had thought might be possible for this operation of cleaning.
