He did most of the work, but he skipped many areas, which were noticeable and seemed like he was in a big hurry to get out of there. He didn't clean up after putting the grout on, he instructed me to get out there and clean up the grout after it dried. He's a nice guy and everything, but I wouldn't use him again.
