Pam and Chuck are the best realtors ever. We were new to the area and had no idea where we wanted to be yet Pam was very patient and together we explored most of the Tampa area. She had lots of contacts in the community that were helpful and she was able to translate the crazy laws in Florida for us. We had never fears of CDD and she took what we could afford and eventually found us the perfect place. She is A+ for listening to our often conflicting ideas of a home. She didn’t interject her opinion but encouraged us decide for ourselves. I would use her her again and if I ever have to sell, I’ll be sure to contact them because I know they’d sell it quickly.
