 + -1 moreMany items of the replace list were untrue. He spoke of items such as gas lines and insulation; we do not have a gas line of underground tank and the code for insulation does not apply because of the age of the home. He issued false information in this report. I have no problem acknowledging the legitimate repairs needed. It was obvious this inspector was making up items because the buyers were trying to get out of their contract. If you are selling your home, refuse this inspector.
