Fran answered the phone the first time I called. Very pleasant. Came same day and gave an estimate. Has been doing my lawn for about 2 months now, and doing a great job! Very personable and easy to reach when you need to speak with him. Always on site, never sends others out to do the job. Extremely satisfied.
