At Above and Beyond Homes we’re really building our client’s trust, day in and day out. Specializing in kitchen, bathroom and other room remodels to complete home makeovers, we make the process as easy on you and your family as possible. Home construction should be exciting, and at the end of your project experience with us, we want you to refer us to your friends. So we just won’t stop until you’re satisfied. As a fully licensed, insured and bonded Residential Contractor, we work closely with our clients to see the whole picture of their wants and needs, and then integrate all of the various moving parts seamlessly into a beautiful finished home project. Whether you already have architectural plans or just an inkling of what you’re looking to have built based on pictures from the web – we’ll work with you on making it a reality.

We just used Above and Beyond homes for the remodel of our master bathroom and we were no disappointed. We got several estimates and we ultimately went with a friend's recommendation. What a good choice that was! Dan was honest and upfront about all the costs involved as there were no hidden expenses. Dan and his father were on time every single day and worked non-stop to ensure that the project was done on time. The work they did to turn my drab twenty year old bathroom was absolutely stunning. I have a few future projects and I will look no further for a contractor.

The transformation in my home exceeded all my expectations. The care and quality that Dan and his team from Above and Beyond home renovations delivered a home run experience. This is my second experience having Dan work in my home....I wouldn’t even consider using another contractor. Always on time, great communication throughout the process. Dan has also done work in my parents home in Tampa Palms. Thanks Dan and Bob for doing such a great job!

From the first consultation to the final punch list execution, the job went well. Dan is terrific to work with as he brings a designer’s eye and a craftsman’s skill set. He and his father did almost all of the work and their time and focus was exclusively on our job. Our bathrooms turned out beautifully - the process was remarkably positive - i can’t recommend Above and Beyond highly enough.

We used Dan at Above and Beyond Homes to remodel 2 of our bathrooms - new vanities, sinks, faucets, mirrors, light fixtures, toilets, bathtubs, wall tile & shower fixtures. We received several quotes and had multiple contractors come in and explain what they could do for us. Dan was honest, direct, and followed through on everything he said that he would. He was accommodating to our special requests. He and his team cleaned up after themselves and were courteous when it came to not tracking a mess through our house. Most importantly, the attention to detail and finished products were exceptional. We intend to use Dan for all future home improvements.

I just used Above and Beyond Homes for a second remodel at my house and couldn't be happier with the work that was done. We didn't even look at anyone else because of the great job they did before on our kitchen and master bathroom. They were always on time, informative about what was going on, and always cleaned up afterwards. We thought this time it would be a big inconvenience and block my kids from getting in there rooms, but they made sure they were able to get in each night. My remodeled second bathroom and the floors we had redone look great and couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would definitely use them again if I need work done in the future.

My expectations were exceeded every step of the way with each project. I am a perfectionist and try to find things to nitpick, and quite literally did not find anything that could be improved upon in any way across all of the work they performed. I will certainly be using them again if the need arises and would recommend them to family a d friends.

My only issue with Above and Beyond Homes is that I didn't find them sooner! We've worked with several contractors over the years. This is by far the best company we have used, and we will continue to work with them in the future. Dan is punctual, knowledgeable, honest, professional and hard working. He is relentless in helping his customers realize their visions, whether it be through researching products and ideas on your behalf or going to several stores to track down that "just right" fixture for your project. I was never fed any bull through the process: about his skills, his timeline, his quality - nothing. He knows what he is doing, and if he doesn't, he takes the time to learn more before acting. Many contractors I've used are great for about 90% of the job, but fall short in the last 10%. This company shines in those final, fine details. They even vacuumed their work area every night before leaving to help minimize the dust we'd live with. I've NEVER had a contractor do that before. I truly appreciate the experience I had with this company and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel.

Dan and his team do my kitchen using IKEA cabinets and install tiles the entire first floor. His craftsmanship is superb and the project turns out wonderful. He is punctual, responsible, and creative. He comes to work on time and cleans up after work. He focuses on one project at a time so the project progresses quickly with no delays. He pays attention to what customer wants in terms of aesthetic as well as functions, and makes his best to make it happen. If there is anything can be improved, he will give you suggestion and perfect it without cutting corners. I make adjustments to the original IKEA design which gives me some issues. The exposed frame of microwave box and uneven frame of the cabinet above the fridge were unsightly and Dan uses his creativity to make it look seamlessly beautiful. Though his price is not the lowest, the value that he gives worth extra money. I have no regret choosing him as my contractor. He provides a positive experience for my first home renovation. His professionalism changes what is supposed to be a stressful to a worry-free project. If you are looking for quality and dependability, he is the one.

We hired Above and Beyond Homes to do our bathroom remodel. We were looking to change the footprint of our master bathroom and closet by enlarging our closet. This required removing a tiled walk-in shower and moving walls. We then wanted our garden tub changed to a walk-in shower, a new vanity, and new flooring. Dan, the owner listened to our wants and worked with us to get what we needed within our budget. Above and Beyond Homes began the project on time and completed the project on time. Dan communicated with us daily about the progress with texts and pictures. We had many questions along the way that were always answered promptly. He was very flexible and willing to work with us every step of the way. Our bathroom and closet look amazing. I can’t wait to hire Above and Beyond Homes to redo our kitchen!

The quality of work is top notch. They are professional and punctual. I love the fact they are father and son team. Only complaint is the price. First bathroom was reasonable for the quality of work. The second job the price went up significantly. Makes me want to rethink my medical profession. If you want quality and reliability with a price tag, they are your team. I had to provide vanities, lights and paint doors myself. The bathrooms could be featured on coastal magazine!

Dan and his crew did a wonderful job remodeling our kitchen and bathroom. Dan was very involved with us in the design and letting us know what all we could do and stay within our budget. Both our kitchen and bathroom turned out beautiful and Dan did not cut any corners and dealt with issues as they came up through the remodel process. Dan and his team were there everyday and at the end of the day they always cleaned up. All through the project Dan kept us p to date with where we were and kept us informed of any issues or anything we needed to know. Dan also handled a few minor projects for us as well and replaced our privacy fence and installed french doors. I would hire Above and Beyond Homes, LLC for any future project.

Everyday I move around the house now, I feel like I’m in someone else’s home. We were Dans first Ikea install, and all be it Ikea’s product can be confusing and tedious. Dan put the puzzle together creating the home we have been waiting for. Dan and his father Bob completed the job faster than I would have expected two people could get it done. They were hear everyday, same time and staying late to accomplish the job. There were a few work arounds due to the original construction of the home, Dan made it look seamless. Both Dan and Bob, were courteous and understanding of the fact my family was living in the home during the renovation. Dan also helped me figure out an issue we were having with water getting in the house through the foundation. I would absolutely recommend Above and Beyond Homes for any job and will be asking him to work on future projects.

Fantastic! Dan Stevenson, the owner, is present for every stage of the remodel. When interviewing potential contractors, Dan was willing to spend more time explaining everything he would do, as well as making certain he understood our requests. During the remodeling, we asked for a couple of last minute changes and Dan could not have been more understanding, accommodating, and professional. As to the quality of his workmanship, we wish he would have built our entire house. Flawless workmanship even with custom build sections. We can not say enough good things, nor give a higher recommendation. He even returned the extra tile to the supplier and gave us the money! That's honesty not often seen.
