Despite ours being a relatively simple project (installing new bathroom faucets), the job was never done properly.  Even after multiple callback attempts, we never got everything installed correctly.  There were at least 6 times that we had scheduled appointments for which he never showed, and in the end he stopped returning messages.  Now, we will be stuck getting a second plumber to come and correct their mistakes.

I had a mobile home with lots of problems: leaks, clogged drains, bad septic pipe, and malfunctioning toilets.  3J came out the same day I called, ready to work.  He seemed very detailed oriented, but one of the toilets still isn't working after two attempts at fixing it.  He tried replacing small parts instead of just replacing the entire internal unit---which would have been quicker.  For the price that I paid, I expect more.
