Bernie called in advance of our appointment to advise that he was running late, which was considerate. He arrived at our home and checked out the old system. We had decided before his arrival that it didn't make sense to repair a twenty year old system that had not been in operation for 5 or 6 years. Nevertheless, he looked at the old system and quoted the repair.
We went with the new unit plus the tools. Bernie installed the new unit, came into the home and tested and trained my wife on the use of the various tools, etc. A thorough job and a pleasant experience.
Price was competitive with others. They were low key, stressing experience, knowledge and service.
