Description of Work: Wellington Remodeling (Mark Miles, owner) was hired in April 20, 2006 to do exterior and interior work on my townhouse. I mainly hired this company because Mark Miles, owner, built my subdivision in 1980 so I assumed he could find leak in downstairs 1/2 bath. After 7 months of continuous leaking and Mark caulking over caulking, we finally "thought" it was fixed. He refused to guarantee his work. Three months later, and a heavy rain with wind, my 1/2 bath ceiling broke through again with much water pouring into bathroom. Mark said he would caulk more but would have to charge me and if he had to break into any walls it would cost a lot more. I simply didn't trust his knowledge of how to fix the leak and asked for amount paid for 1/2 bath leak. He refused any refund! I called another company. Leak fixed in 3 days and guaranteed for 1 year! Many heavy rains since and NO LEAKS! I will NEVER use or recommend Wellington Remodeling, or Mark Miles to anyone! But the other company is TERRIFIC!

Description of Work: Mold resulting from a water heater leak required removing 8 feet of cabinets and stove. Removing wall board and drying out the wall and floor. Installing mold resistant wall board and replacing cabinets.
