I used a locksmith, Wellington Locksmith. He gave me a magnet to put it on our refrigerator. Overall I would grade them excellent. He was very good, very good, no complaints at all. I feel comfortable with them. They are professional. He is a very professional gentleman. What stood out with this locksmith was that he was dressed professionally. He was very professional. What I would want everybody to know about is the excellent service, very professional and I felt very comfortable with him. I lost my husband in September. He was just very nice. To have a stranger in the house, I just felt very comfortable with him in the house. I didn't feel threatened. He was very nice and I would give him an 'A'. I had a problem with the lock. I just couldn't get it open after he installed it. It could have been a couple of days after. I called him up and he was very busy that day but he stopped at my house on his way home from work and I felt that that was very nice of him. A lot of people probably would say, look, I will be there tomorrow or the next day, that impressed me also. He showed me how and what I was doing wrong, he is very good. Hopefully, I don't need him but if I needed him I would definitely use him again.
