I requested a bid/quote on an addition. One of the owners took my information and called me the next day and informed me that they could not take the job because they had taken on too many jobs. Though I was appreciative of the quick response and the professional demeanor of the owner, I was a little dismayed by his response. I never gave a timeline on when I would want the work done but I suppose they potentially have so much work that they can't take on any new projects for the foreseeable future.
