I had a major flood in my home and did not know until I returned from being out of town for a few weeks. Everything was saturated and covered in mold. Titan responded quickly and was very professional. The entire process was explained in detail and they got to work immediately. They quarantined my house and put plastic barriers and zipper walls up. They removed everything that was ruined and salvaged all my sentimental and irreplaceable items. Everything was done with great care and very thorough. After the remediation was completed everything was medically sterilized and air quality was tested to confirm total elimination of all mold. Then they completely rebuilt everything that was removed which was not an easy task as it was an entire kitchen, mater bedroom, master bathroom, walk in closet, guest bedroom, living room and dining room. The quality of work and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them as they were professional and went above and beyond to make sure my home was safe for my family.

UNDER CONTRACT TO SELL HOME Home inspection revealed minor mold visibility. We were out of town when we got the news and immediately called TITAN which happened to be on a Friday requesting service ASAP as urgency to meet deadlines for home appraisal. Christopher and team came within hours of our return on Saturday to evaluate the situation. The process began immediately Saturday p.m. then continued Sunday a.m. so that final testing take place Monday a.m. so that we would be clear immediately so that proceeding with closing would not be delayed. The results of inspection came in 100% clear because of TITAN & crew's knowledge. We have lived in South Florida all our lives.
