The service was fine. I do not have any complaints. They came out shortly after I purchased the Big Deal. There were no additional charges on top of the Big Deal. This was the first time I hired them to come out. The service was about average. It was not more than I expected and it was not less. It was pretty much what I expected. Most of the house cleaning service you should get, the expectation is that they are just going to do basic surface cleaning which was I expected and what I got. The price was a very good price. She was right on-time.

They were amazing - never stopped from the time they came in. I would definitely use them again.

I had purchased an $89.00 Big Deal from Angie's List. Scheduling was a little challenging, since I wanted to schedule for a specific day and time in the future;  not right away.  We overcame our scheduling issues, and finally, I had the pleasure of welcoming The Cleaner Uppers team into my home yesterday!  The team was about 45 minutes late in arriving, but the owner had called me right at the time of the appointment to let me know they were being delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.  When they finally arrived, I showed them around my unit, expressed what my priorities were, and they went to work.  They were very quiet while
performing their duties, which I liked.  They were also very professional and accommodating.  They brought everything with them that they needed to do the cleaning.  They were very thorough in their dusting, which I had requested.  They were also very
careful while picking up from the furniture the various pieces that needed to be dusted.  I had requested green products, and in the couple of instances in which they felt a traditional product was warranted, they asked if it would be OK to use such product.  All in
all, it was a very positive experience!  When they left my home, everything was sparkling clean, and I was a happy customer!  YEY!!!!!!!!! 

That turned out well. They did everything as mentioned. They came on time and I had no complains. They did basic housecleaning such as moping, cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen too. Two cleaners came out for 2 hours each.

They called to try to schedule the appointment. He was fine and understanding with the situation.  He was nice on the phone. I am in the process of getting the Big Deal refunded.

The service went well. They were able to get out right away. They have been coming back every other week since we purchased the deal. The cleaners are efficient, complete and friendly. I feel like I can ask them to do just about anything and they are happy to do what we need. Scheduling is very easy and done through texting.

Nice girls. They did a decent job.  The guys that run the place were very accommodating.  They worked with me on times and price. Fit me in.  The cleaning wasn't perfect but I have a big house and paid for a certain amount of hours.  If they had more time they could have potentially done a better job.  The obvious things they missed, I needed only to tell them the next time and they rectified.  I used them twice.  Give them clear instructions and enough time and you should be good.

The Cleaner Uppers called to let me know they were  going to be late (a plus). One of the ladies was very eager and friendly about cleaning the house. I would have given them an "A" for quality, but since they forgot to clean the powder room, a I gave them a "B." (I cleaned the powder room and the owner gave me $10.00 off) Also, they didn't vacuum the carpets very well. Everything else was fine.
