Anthony and his team did an excellent job of mold testing and remediation, when I had a flood in my house! During a difficult time, Anthony was very kind and caring, and went the extra mile to help me in every way! I highly recommend this company!

I had water damage from a leak in my house. Remediation 911 Fire and Mold quickly responded to access the damage and get repairs started. All of the necessary equipment was promptly brought in to start drying out my walls. They were vigilant about checking the moisture levels in the drywall until the job was done. Anthony, Kathy and all members of their team were professional and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely do business with them again.

After Hurricane Irma the Condo Assoc that I was GM for underwent water intrusion and a 12-day power outage. The property has 189 apartments in each of the two (2) 23 story towers. Over 150 apartments experienced some form of water intrusion. The common hallways experienced mold growth on the walls. Remediation 911 deep cleaned the common hallways, provided air scrubbers and dehumidifiers to help slow the process down. They sent in a crew of cleaners to remediate all of the mildew and mold. Every unit was tested and Remediation 911 contracted with many of the homeowners to take care of the remediation as the protocol was written. They handled all of our homeowners as if they were family members. They even helped with the insurance claims. This was an emergency situation and we acted to stop the problem from compounding were it would become a health and safety issue. This company answered all questions as posed by the Board of Directors and owners. I went out to bid to 3 other remediation companies ( some big franchises) The bids were MUCH lower than the big companies and the service was far better. On a sidebar note: Many homeowners were directed by their insurance carriers to go to the big companies that are franchise owned. As the GM my biggest challenges came from the cross contamination caused by the large franchised owned companies who hired non-professionals to help in a crisis like after the storm. Remediation 911 came to our aid to help us through those challenges. I will continue to use this company for the properties I am charged to take care of as well as my personal property as well as my families.

I contacted Allstate Restorations emergency service in the middle of the night, not even expecting an answer. Not only did I get an answer, within one hour the technician was at our home!! I am so thankful, as without Allstate the rain would have poured all night into our home and surely ruined our new floors...

Allstate was reliable, honest and easy to deal with.  They helped expedite the process and took the headache out of dealing with the insurance company.  Great company to work with.
