They were unreliable and sloppy. They always collected money in advance. I would never recommend this company. They didn't return calls. Once they collected payment in advance, they were almost impossible to get in contact with. Their workers scratched up our floors. They didn't communicated with the fire marshal and building department in the city. Once they believed the project was finished, (which it was not) they used intimidation tactics to collect the money prior to the final inspection.

I was able to get my windows and doors with them through the PACE program and have been able to enjoy my new windows and doors and have yet to pay a single dollar for them! Great company and great customer service

Chris Rodriguez (Owner) was involved with my bathroom renovation from start to finish. He has an army of professional builders that care. All members of the building team respected my home. The start and completion time frame went as planned . The fee for the remodelling project was fair. Chris made me part of the team. My opinion mattered and I was not pushed to settle with anything less then a perfect plan to remodel my bathroom. I highly reccomend The De Novo building Group to anybody

Very pleased until after installation. It's been three months since it was installed. During the cold I tried turning the central heating and it blew cool air. Have called Chris the owner several times (10?to be exact) also, Ted him and has not returned my calls at all. Not very reliable after all.

Christian did a great job. Was prompt, honest and worked hard.
