Tile work  had to be done three times. We had to directly engage a third tile person to properly complete the work. To its credit Pinewood paid that additional expense. As a result, bathroom project took over a year to complete.

Mike was easily to deal with and delivered as promised. His teams were professional and efficient. After agreeing on a contract, Mike called me with the schedule for installation which was met. In took one week for me to get HOA approval and for Mike to get the permits. The following Wednesday the dumpsters were delivered. On Thursday a team of 6-8 people removed the old roof
and put down the first layer of tar paper. On Friday the roof was inspected and the dumpsters removed. On Sat the roof was hop mopped. It was inspected during the next week and the tiles arrived on Friday. On Friday Mike’s team loaded the
tiles on the roof and on Monday the new roof was installed. At each stage the teams cleaned up completely when done. I would highly recommend Mike and his team.

We noticed a small water stain on our kitchen ceiling on Thursday afternoon and were able to get an appointment for an estimate the following morning. Since the job was small, the crew that came was able to make the repair that morning. I was told that the problem had to do with the original construction in that some of the nails securing the roof tiles to the plywood, missed the plywood and were in between the plywood boards. Over time the nails loosened. The crew re-secured a 10 foot line of tiles where the problem occurred.

The crew arrived only a few minutes after the agreed upon time and quickly completed the work following the agreement on the cost.

Pinewood construction repaired a similar leak exactly a year ago that is unrelated to this leak. There has been no re-occurrence of the earlier leak.

The crew arrived at 8:00 a.m. and the work was completed before 9:00 a.m. They were professional and knew what they were doing. I will be billed by the owner. I am very pleased and expect that the problem was repaired properly. Should the leak reappear during the next heavy rain, (which I doubt) I will update this report. I obtained four separate estimates for the repair that ranged from $450 to $950. Pinewood Construction honored the Angie's List coupon which reduced the price by $25.

Also, since the repair was performed about one week ago, we've had between 5-10 inches of heavy rain without the leak reappearing. Seems like the work was done well.

The price seemed a bit high. However, no one else was able to do the repair work as quickly as Pinewood could which I appreciated. Furthermore, the repairs were done well.

Owner came out and quoted the day after I called. He followed up with a written quote; I accepted it and we scheduled the work for 2 days later. His worker was very courteous, explained what he had found, and repaired the damage.

Mike Cirillo was called in the afternoon, he was out to give an estimate in 45 min. I accepted his estimate and he had a crew out the next morning at 10 AM to do the work. They worked until 6 PM and left the roof in a water proof condition, but had to come back the next morning to finish some cosmetics. They were complete by 10 AM. The crew cleaned up and did a very professional job all around. I had obtained one other quote for the same job, but it was 3.5 times Mikes quote not even in the same the same ballpark. I would highly recommend Pinewood Construction for any home repair.

Mike Cirillo with Pinewood came out quickly for an estimate and his crew arrived to do the work the day after we chose his bid. His crew was punctual and easy to work with. Overall, we thought the company did a nice job, and it appeared to be quality work that will stop the leak. We won't really know until the next big storm. The nice thing is, Mike gives a one year warranty so we're not too worried. We would use him again.

They were punctual. Their price was very reasonable compared to others. They did clean work. Since the repairs were just done and they were on the roof and it hasn't rained since, I don't know how effective it was. They seemed very professional and very good. I was very pleased with them. They were excellent. I certainly would use them in the future.

called 6 contractors... none of whom showed up (with the exception of Pinewood Construction). Mike the ower/operator kept the appointment, provided a written estimate, arrived on time to repair the problem, and FIXED IT. Great experience with a professional contractor.I will contract them when the roof needs replacing in the next 3-5 years.
