NOTE: We used this company at *BOTH* our new home on Lynwood Palm Way and our RENTAL HOME at 1834 Breakers West Ct., West Palm Beach, FL 33411.
We have used NICK'S TEAM EXPO a number of times to do work in both a
rental home and in our newly-constructed home here in West Palm Beach.
In the rental home they did an overall GENERAL CLEANING at the time we
moved into the property as well as minor electrical repairs and plumbing
repairs. They also hooked up our Stereo and TV systems and installed
speaker equipment.
After we moved into our new 5,000 SQ FT home in SEPT 2014, we have used
them to provide a variety of services including both minor and major
electrical work (installing additional electrical outlets, lights,
dimmer switches, and electrical wiring). We have also had them do a
variety of basic 'handymen' work including laying Paver stone walkways
and door-entry sections to the patio, extending gutter downspouts to run
rainwater away from the foundation to the home, and general repair work
around the house that I can no longer perform.
In all cases, NICK'S TEAM EXPO personnel have been very reasonable on
their prices, very professional in their work, showed up when scheduled
to work, and completed their work in an OUTSTANDING MANNER.
