8/22 called company. Quentin called back promptly, came to our house early next morning & said he would be back shortly to do the job....five hours later he came. We put a check on front door for him in case we were not home. When he did arrive, our bulk pick up already came so we agreed for him to do job on 8/29. He took our check & cashed it 8/23. At his request, I called him 8/28 to remind. Never came on 8/29 even after calling him several times. Finally, he said he would be at house 8/30 by 7AM to make sure all done by 8, called him & they showed up at 9AM. He was in truck while another guy trimmed tree. My husband tried to speak to Quentin when he was in the truck, but he was on phone & didn't look his way & never knocked on our door to check what my husband wanted. They did trim tree, but we asked for it to be trimmed as much as possible...which was not done and when they were done they just left, didn't check with us to make sure all was ok. Not very happy with service at all.

Were very good in communicating with us and actually answered the phone the first time we called them.Came out same day we called and gave an estimate of work. Were able to do the work the next day which was Saturday but we were not available then so they came bright and early on Monday morning and worked until mid- afternoon. We had a lot of trees that needed to be trimmed and cleaned out and they took care of all of it and took away the debris, Everyone was very nice and made sure we were happy with the job. It was a big job and they took great care in performing their services. We even had neighbors come over while they were doing the work asking if they could do some work for them. What an improvement to our yard!!!!!
