I needed a 4-Point & Wind Mitigation report after having a re-roofing to keep my insurance. I barely made the non-renew date & needed the reports within a couple of days. Mr Zimmerman called me back within 1 minute of my leaving a phone message AND came out not only the same day but within 20 minutes! He charged $175, in line with what I knew others were charging. He was thorough and patient about listening to my questions & concerns, and addressed everything to my satisfaction--I knew what to expect on the reports. And I had them by that evening!

The inspector was very professional and thorough! He spent the time to go over the reports in detail and answer all of our questions. We received the reports shortly after the inspections were done. He also followed up with a phone call which I thought was very nice! I will definitely use this company again.
