Best contractor I’ve ever worked with. Communication was great. Work was great. Looking forward to working with them again.

It was an excellent experience, we would definitely use Zef again in a New York minute. I have elderly parents living here in Florida. My Dad, who is 90 years old and tries to be as independent as possible realized he needed a more secure environment in the shower. As we had limited time here, we were looking for someone who not only could install a new shower head unit that is adjustable, but would also install permanent grab bars. Up till now he was using the suction cup kind that often did not hold. I called the Friday after Thanksgiving and explained our needs to Zef. He came the following day to give us an estimate. (I had spoken to one other person who would only install grab bars and wanted me to pay for the drill bit!!!) Zef said he could do it all, made excellent recommendations, shopped for everything we needed and came on Monday morning. He was great, if he was running late, he called to let us know. The main reason for his running late was that he was having difficulty finding what we needed due to the age of the shower. He ran into a few problems which he handled with ease and expertise. He stuck to his estimate (and I think it took longer and cost more than he originally thought). I cannot praise him enough. We often need work done in my folks condo, Zef will be hearing from us again.We highly recommend Milano Construction Inc.

This was a fantastic experience! Came out the same day for the estimate and got me in the schedule for the next morning, which was perfect for my schedule. The price was just where I needed it to be and half of what a competitor quoted.

Determined it was the connection and had to replace entire valve assembly in the wall.  Did that, washer eventually began leaking again.  I didn't call him back.  He was very nice and very prompt as I recall.

 Hi I am writing this review on behalf of  Zef and his crew (Milano Construction).

 We hired Zef to remove our old kitchen cabinets and sheetrock  as well as to install new lighting, gfi outlets, new cabinets and granite counter tops in our kitchen.

 With in the first few days of renovation we unexpectedly had to leave town on an emergency, we were concerned with leaving zef and his crew in the home while we were gone however My wife felt very comfortable with leaving Zef with the keys to our home so he could  finish the job on time.

 We were delighted to here from Zef every evening with an up date and that all our belongings were still their.

 When we returned the house was perfect, they were very professional and prompt as well as informative on why they did what needed to be done. 

 We are very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him to our friends and family.

We hired Milano construction on the 15th and they started the 16th like they promised, un like other contractors I have hired in the past. My wife was the one that loved them the most do to their professionalism cleanliness, we highly recommend them and will be calling them in the near future when we redo or kitchen.

Bottom line, Zef did shoddy work for me and was unresponsive after being paid. Also , he cuts corners on materials, I assume to maximize profit. Did not replace shingles or insulation! I've since had real professionals out to my home to fix his mess, who can't believe the mess he did on my home. To say the least , I do not recommend Zef aka Milano Construction.

Zef did a fantastic job.  He is meticulous and pays attention to detail.  he was very cognizant of how long he had the water shut off to the house to do the work and worked as quickly as he could.  In order to replace the hot and cold water valves that supply the washing machine, Zef had to break in to the wall to do this.  As Zef is also a general contractor, he repair the wall board so that all I had to do which I offered to do, was paint over his wall repair with the paint I have that matches the laundry room.



I will call Zef again without hesitation should the need arise.

Replacing a door sounds simple doesn't it ? That is what I thought and how wrong I was. Luckily I had Zef , the owner of Milano Construction taking care of me. I joined Angie's list to find the best of the best and that is exactly what I found in Milano Construction ( Zef ). I live in an older condo in WPB and the builders of my condo weren't concerned with doing a professional job. SO when Zef was ready to install my doors, he had to be creative and still make sure they would be passed by the City Inspector. His work is impeccable !!!!!! He went above and beyond what the code called for when installing my doors. He explained what he would be doing and answered all of my questions. He never rushed his work and always cleaned up every day before he left. He is a true professional . I would HIGHLY recommend Milano Construction . Zef's work is an example of what a real craftsman should do . He does amazing work . The City Inspector passed my doors and said the work was excellent. ?

Zef is highly recommended -- not only did he go out of his way to accommodate the needs of another contractor who did not give us advance notice of the electrical work required, but he came on Saturday morning and again on Sunday evening (the first visit was interrupted by a huge rainstorm) to finish the work timely so that the other contractor could do their work in regular weekday hours.  Zef was very professional, did excellent work, explained what he was doing and why it was necessary, and also gave good advice in general on other work that we needed to have performed.
We will definitely have Zef return for other jobs that we are now lining up.  It is unfortunate that in our area customers have to be concerned (or even paranoid) about the work that will be done - what a great relief to have somebody that we can rely on - courteous, punctual, high quality, and stands behind the work that they do.

He's very good. He's basically a full-range handyman, fairly priced and he gets the job done, He works mostly by himself but if the job  is bigger he'll bring by helpers. But my last job it was just him. He took care of everything that needed taking care of. He did a very nice job.

The front door weather stripping was fine but needed some filler added to close a gap at the ends.  The garage door did need new weather stripping.  He is very meticulous and did an excellent job.  When I need to have a larger job done Milano Construction will be my first choice given his professionalism and attention to detail!
