I was referred to Mr Williams by another company, whom I called on the advice of a friend, but the company doesn't do house calls. Mr Williams returned my call within a day, and scheduled an appointment within a couple of days. He was a little late but called me far in advance to let me know his situation, he was very good about communicating. Once here, it took him less than 10 minutes to diagnose the problem. His hourly charge matched his estimate, which was very reasonable. He was also very good about giving me a fair summary of my problem, and didn't try to sell me a new pump although my current pump is ancient. He said it was in good shape & I can run it until it collapses, then think about a new one.
