I decided to sell my house in Wellington, since I am newly retired person with a large mortgage.  I contacted Katty, my house was underwater (negative equity) I was very worried.  Katty very confidently suggested, after market analysis in 2011, that my best option was to rent the house for one year first and let the market continue its correction and later (without losing money) sell the house. 
So, after a year of rental (with great tenants) my house is no longer with negative equity and now I can sell it making money.  Katty could have made a much larger commission by initially suggesting to sell my house rather than to rent it, but she was honest and I am very grateful.

Katty delivered on every promise and was very prepared to discuss all my possibilities, she cleared up all my doubts quickly and lowered my stress, she negotiated every aspect of the rental, I have only good thing to say, since she worked hard.  In the next year, I will be selling my house and I will use Katty as my realtor.

Thank God I found Katty at the right time.  I was having problems with a tenant who was behind in rent for 3 months.  I live in the midwest and it was very hard for me to handle this from far away.  My friend gave me her information and so I gave her a call.  She was very nice on the phone and explained to me many options on how to take care of my problem.  She talked to my tenant and even though we could not get her to pay the rent she owed, she was able to get her out of my condo before I hire a lawyer for an eviction order.  Which is very costly and really did not want to deal with that.  I just wanted her (tenant) out.  After this tenant was gone, Katty's job was to find me a new one.  Before we start showing the condo, we needed to have the carpets clean, put a fresh coat of paint and have it all nice and ready for showing.  Katty took care of all that at a decent cost.  After a week of showing I got 7 people interested in renting my unit.  She helped me review these people's profile with a credit check report and job information.  Finally we picked one and could not have been happier!! This tenant is paying 6 months in advance and he is interested in renewing our lease contract for another year.  Everything was done by phone and she saved me the trip to go to Miami to deal with this.  I think that Katty's ability to show my property at the right price was the reason that I got so many people interested.  Not only that but she really takes the time to find the right person for you.  Working with Katty was really a pleasure, I know if I have another problem she will take care of it.  I trust her knowledge and her ability to deal with people.  So far, she has helped me rent my two condos in Miami with really good tenants.  I would definitely recommend her!!
