She is very nice. They went out of their way and went above and beyond what they had to do. We were selling our house and trying to get another one. She calls to ask how things are going and send a calender every year. The price wasn't outrageous it was very fair. There were other people who were trying to get the house and they knew another house fell through. He talked to the other realtor and said "hey these are good kids". We wouldn't have got the house if he wouldn't have said that.
