This was an amazing 3rd renovation by Generation. This job was the biggest-master bath &bedroom. As contractors go Juan is the BEST! He is easy to work with, has good creative suggestions, is honest, does perfection work and makes the entire process from beginning to end a joy. I have loved working with him &his staff over the years. He is fair and competitive with pricing. We are now talking with him about future projects. Don’t hesitate to give Generation a shot at your next project!

Juan did a fabulous job on the Drywall and Tile. Follow up on inspections was slow and overall timeframe took a little longer but I guess I could chalk it up COVID

Juan, owner of Generation Contractor, is a top notch guy. He he did my kitchen 4 years ago and he and his team just completed my 2 bathrooms and removed bedroom and hallway popcorn, applied knock down, painted and laid bedroom tile. The job is a total success. Juan is nice, Easy to work with, prompt, shows up when scheduled and his work is totally worthy of this A rating!!

Juan picked the day and time. He did not show up, nor did he remember the appointment he made with me a few days earlier. I texted him when he didn't arrive and let him know how disrespectful he was. I got a quick response. He said, " I'm on my way, I'm late" I let him know not to come. He knew he was late, yet didn't contact me to let me know until I let him know not to come. I'm sure he was rolling out of bed. I am very disappointed in the quality of contractors on Angie's List. This is certainly not the first time, I've been stood up and my own time wasted. If you are a contractor and are here on Angie's list, I expect when you make an appointment to show up! For some ridiculous reasoning, many of your contractors don't show for the appointments they themselves set! It is a definite indication of the lack of respect for the customer and the quality of contractor.

They were wonderful, on time, very clean, did a super job.

Juan and his crew did a wonderful job. They were professional, punctual, and very efficient. They took care of things that weren’t even on the estimate. They were careful in moving all the furniture to another room and putting it back when finished. They installed the drywall, replaced the ceiling from popcorn to knock down, painted, installed shelves and generally fixed the room perfectly. Whatever I asked them to do above and beyond, they did. It was a wonderful experience and they were very reasonable.

Juan Rocha and his workers at Generation Contractor LLC, replaced drywall which was removed by a mold remediation company, after a roof leak. Juan promptly answered my phone calls and texts throughout the entire process. He and his workers always arrived on time and worked diligently to repair the damage in my room. They laid a plastic sheeting on my carpeted floor and covered furniture to minimize clean-up. Juan and his workers are very friendly, polite and respectful. They did a wonderful job repairing and replacing the drywall on my wall and ceiling, and finished ahead of schedule. Juan’s fee was reasonable and fair. I will definitely call on Juan at Generation Contractor in the future because of their promptness, politeness, and outstanding workmanship.

OUTSTANDING!! Juan came on time every day of a long process; his rates were fair, and his workmanship was meticulous! He was knowledgeable, clean and pleasant. He took no shortcuts but did whatever was necessary to please us. We couldn't have been happier with our choice of a contractor to rebuild our damaged home.
