Gary MacMillan Air Conditioning

Description of Work: Gary replaced my 16 year old outside condensing unit. He did not try to sell me a new air handler as he said mine was in great shape. He was able to get an old coolant condenser after determining that I did not want to spend the money for a complete changeover to the new refrigerant system. He is highly experienced over 30 years, is pretty much a one man operation who does not have multiple trucks and offices to support. He does not try to sell you services or equipment you do not need. He did a highly competent installation. I have 3 air conditioning units. A month later a fan on another of my outside condensing units stopped working. after determining the motor was bad( fan not turning, motor was drawing too many amps), he saved me alot of money by first going for the factory replacement but after finding out the factory fan motor was ridiculously expensive, he instead got me an equivalent quality motor saving me beaucoup bucks.
