About us
Fresh Look Painting (FLP) is a single person/owner operated limited liability company (LLC) and is fully insured. John Kilinski, owner of FLP, has over 15 years experience in painting, and other "handyman" work for residential homes, condos and townhouses. FLP can be hired directly, or sub-contracted, by individuals or state licensed contractors and general contractors (client) for interior painting services. FLP will go to residence and give free estimates for the services requested. Upon agreement of conducting services, for said Client, FLP requires a 30% deposit, from Client, of total cost of services, to begin services agreed upon. Agreed upon services will start on date Client and FLP agree to. When FLP is finished with fifty percent of agreed to services Client will then pay FLP another 30% of total cost of services.When FLP is completely finished with agreed upon services Client is to pay the remaining 40% balance of total cost of services at such time. Deposits and payments accepted are as follows: Cash, Check, Money Order, Debit or Credit Card. Any returned checks will incur a $30 fee to Client, and services will not continue or start until payment has been rectified.

Everything was done impeccably. I have a 1920's home and over the years I have had many different contractors and
handymen doing renovations and repair work. John and his crew were among the best.
They are also very nice guys who are easy and comfortable to have working in your home.
