Paul, one of the owners, responded and said they would be out TODAY. He showed up, located the leak, and fixed it in no time at all. He noticed several pipes on the roof that were potential leak problems and fixed them also. And then he cleaned the needles and leaves from my rain gutters! Fastag replaced our house roof and the flat roof over our patio several years ago. Their price was the lowest and their work was excellent. When my wife asked what the charge would be for today's repair he said "there is no charge, this is warranty work." They did the roof replacements over five years ago and still provide warranty coverage for leaks. You can't say that about many roofing companies.

They did a great job and they were competent in what they were doing. I am happy with the work and the work has held up. He did call 4 months later after some heavy rains to make sure everything was ok.
