I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF DAMIANS FOR TEN YEARS. I CALLED ON A SATURDAY MORNING AT 9 AM WITH NO AIR IN THE HOUSE. IT WAS THE WEEKEND OF A POTENTIAL TROPICAL STORM. HE COMPLETELY BLEW ME OFF AND SAID IT WAS HIS DAY OFF AND HE WAS NOT PLANNING ON WORKING SO I SHOULD FIND SOMEONE ELSE. HE HAD NO REFERRAL NAMES AND NO ONE TO SEND OUT ALL WEEKEND. AFTER TEN YEARS OF BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER I DONT BELIEVE YOU TREAT PEOPLE THAT WAY.
