They came the next day and completed all the work in one day Very neat with the work.

Andrew arrived on time, wore his mask, worked efficiently and most important, cleaned up his mess afterwards.

They are extremely professional, very nice to work with, and the pricing is fair. They are also very helpful and are very careful with your belongings. I have used them many times in the past and will definitely use them again in the future.

I recommend them highly. I have been using Dry Image for many years without any complaints. I have tried using other companies, in the past, and no one compares to them. Every time they clean the carpets they look brand new. Glenn and Andy, the owners, are very pleasant and polite. It is always a pleasure having them in my home.

I had them come back today to touch something up.  They did a great job.  It was no charge for them returning.  They were recommended to me by a friend in my neighborhood.  They were particularly personable and accommodating. 

glenn nelson was the first person i have had work on my house since a major remodeling disaster where i lost a lot of money. of course i am very careful since that experience and the grout work that glenn did in my bathroom was great. he was very prompt and honest and i was thrilled with the work he did.

Glenn came over and measured. He advised me on what the expectations should be on just cleaning the tile and grout vs. cleaning and staining the grout. He was very proffesional, prompt, knowledgeable, and honest. He moved all of the furniture, and fixed several spots where the grout had come out. The job took longer then expected because the grout was very shallow in some areas which required Glenn to spend more time to do it correctly in order for the grout stain to adhere properly. Despite all of the "extra" work he performed, Glenn honored his original price quote. Tile and grout looks great. This was a pain-free and wonderful experience.
