Home was sold after about 70 days.

As a first home buyer, Cathy was very patient with me and explained everything that I needed to know. The vast amount of experience that Cathy has made the whole process easy and even when a seller didn’t choose our offer she didn’t get discouraged or pushed us to find something else quickly. She waited until we found another place we could call home and guided us all the way through to closing. She is an exceptional agent. I will recommend her to my friends and family.

Cathy went above and beyond what I would consider normal duties of a realtor by visiting properties on my behalf when I was out of state, and even doing facetime during these visits so I could see the property and/or inspect the one I eventually purchased. My buying process was also particularly long (8+ months) as I was stuck in a drawn out sale and Cathy stuck by me throughout with new listings, advice on the Florida buying process & recommendations for all the other services I needed. I actually found the mortgage broker & inspection company I ended up using through Cathy & both were excellent. I can't stress how important & extremely helpful this was while coordinating a cross state move & relocation while not being in Florida for much of the time & not knowing a great deal about the local market. Listings were excellent & responses to questions or more info on properties was always quick. I'll definitely use Cathy again in the future.

I found Cathy through Angie's list. This search for a realtor came at a time I didn't believe we would receive good value for our home. We live in New York and had been renting for years. The ongoing renting had become a burden as the property had been upside down for quite some time. Cathy was very honest from the beginning. She provided an approximate evaluation based on our conversation and the recent comps in the area. She also mentioned that she had other properties that had sold very quickly in the area when priced correctly. We could not afford to sit on the property and planned to end our rental agreement upon speaking to Cathy.
Cathy's team communicated well throughout the process. Cathy worked directly with our tenants, which at times, was not an easy thing to do. Cathy has a very positive personality and can put you at ease as she takes over the process for you. We had offers on our home within a few days of posting it online. In the end, we were able to sell our house for over asking by approximately $9,000. 
We were very happy to work with Cathy and her team. She is a great communicator, and takes pride in her work. The whole process could have been much more stressful, especially with us being out of town. In the end, we sold our property and are very happy with how everything went.
We definitely recommend Cathy, and would use her services again.

Cathy Connolly provided excellent service from day one. Her advice on pricing was spot on. We had good traffic through the house and got a most acceptable offer within the time frame Cathy had initially indicated. Cathy was very professional and extremely pleasant to work with.

Cathy was clear from the start that in a overall weak sellers' market, our well maintained, well upgraded and non-distressed home, would likely take about 3-6 months to sell in our development. As we were in no hurry to sell under pressure and were looking to change school districts for our not-even-school-aged children, we were in a pretty powerful position to reject any offers that were anything below our target price.
Cathy came to us (she had been recommended by a friend) on day one with loads of data on comparable homes for pricing our home. We priced it at a respectable price but on the higher spectrum, and still immediately got tons of interest. Showing after showing poured in with offers here and there, but none as high as we needed to make the move to the zipcode we so desired. Cathy never pressured us to lower our price unnecessarily. My husband and I ultimately decided that if we wanted our target selling price, we would need to RAISE our price further. Risky as this may have been in this market, we got the offer we wanted within a few weeks. Cathy helped us put in an offer on a new home, contingent on our closing going through, (which the sellers' of that home accepted) and also wrote up a lease for us to rent back our old home. This allowed us to make repairs/upgrades on our newly purchased home and never have to search out a rental OR move twice! We were ecstatic! We've since moved in and are happy owners of our forever home.
As a sidenote, we were able to have the closing of our old home in the remax direct office which was both convenient and efficient. Also, the Connolly team was always available to show us other properties whenever we desired and even came to the home we were purchasing (which was vacant) on multiple occasions to allow me to have a multitude of estimates for paint, flooring and repairs. This allowed me to maximize the 3 weeks time we were both renting our old home back, and paying for a new mortgage simultaneously. The Connolly team couldn't be nicer or more accomodating. Highly recommend!
