The service has been awful. For some reason the box keeps freezing. Whenever you call they just reset the box and say if the problems persist we'll send a tech out. 5 techs later and dozens of phone calls and it still freezes. It doesn't seem like any one of them know what they are doing. The prices however keep increasing. My bill is outrageous for the package I have and seems to go up every few months.
