Big Star moving came at confirmed time expected. They were courteous and explained the entire process thoroughly. They were so nice and very attentive. I had 3 stops in my move - 1st being a storage unit, and 2 house stops. I paid for the half special with 3 guys, and even with the 3 stops, they finished all my moving in three hours! THREE! The storage unit was a filled 10x10. They are honestly the best movers I have ever had. They were so careful with all my belongings, wrapping every item so no damage would occur. They placed everything exactly where I needed it, and even moved it again if I changed my mind. They made sure all your pieces were put back together, and that you were 100% satisfied before they left! You would not be disappointed in hiring $199 Big Star Moving of Wellington!!!

I called on a Thursday for a estimate. Sergio was very professional and helpful. He took time to provide me with details and recommendations in how to make the move in the most efficient manner.  He also provided me with ideas to make sure I saved money. 

Sergio discussed several options (packages).  He also recommended that I contacted other providers to compare prices and process.  This, I appreciated.

Two days later the three men crew arrived right on time.  They took time to explain the process and most importantly made sure they finished within the time frame we had originally discussed.

I would recommend their services without hesitation and I plan to use the services in the future
